I am a woman of science, a doctor passionate about life, people, community life, sharing, tolerance. I was born in a small village on the border of Burkina Faso, today devastated by terrorism. I remember when I was 9 years old, I lost my father. My mother didn’t work so I was very quickly exposed to the street, doing odd jobs to find money to pay for my schooling. But I never gave up on the great dream of my life to positively impact my community, to help bring smiles back to this agro-pastoral area that weapons have destroyed. Like many other young people, I studied, worked and greatly admired successful people, those who had houses or who slept.
I fought for a brilliant achievement in my studies and I am in the process of starting a startup. Today I learned a lot and I am determined to move forward
