Mahamat Togou is a private law student at Ibni Tofail University in Kenitra (Morocco). Active member of the association of students and trainees Chadians in Morocco. In turn, he was like: Cultural Affairs Officer; Acting Social Affairs Officer; in charge of external affairs, in charge of dialogues at the Embassy of Chad in Morocco. Currently appointed as Regional Delegate of the Chadian Association for the Kenitra Section. He is also a member of the Association of African Students and Trainees in Morocco. On the administrative side, he is a controller at BNF’s general management in his country.
