“To begin with, I would like to state my academic qualifications accordingly. Despite having financial obstacles in my family, I have started my primary education at the right time of my age. With the support of my teachers and relatives I have successfully completed primary, secondary and higher secondary education from the same institution with distinction in each level. In 2010, I began my tertiary education at the department of Arabic at the University of Dhaka which is the country’s top university. I was the first student of my institution who got a chance to study at the University of Dhaka. As a result of my perseverance and continuous hard work, I have won “Prime Minister Gold Medal-2014” award for securing the highest CGPA among the students of 17 departments at the faculty of Arts in my BA examination. Consequently, I have been awarded the “Dean’s Merit of Honor” award twice for securing the first position at both BA and MA examination. After completion of post graduation from the university of Dhaka, I have been accepted for the prestigious “Brunei Darussalam Government Scholarship-2015” to pursue my second postgraduate degree (Masters by research) at Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University. Under the supervision of my Egyptian Professor, I have submitted my dissertation and obtained an MA in 2019. As a continuation of further higher study, I have attained some online certificates in diverse areas of knowledge. For instance, three courses on Middle Eastern Studies, namely- Emergence of Modern Middle East-part 1, After the Arab Spring: Democratic aspirations and failure, Political economy of Institutions and Development.

Along with my academic achievements, I have published some significant research papers related to my academic area. For one of my papers published in a social science journal, I have been awarded “Youth Researcher Award” in 2015 from a University in Malaysia.

Since 2018, I have been working as a lecturer at the department of Arabic at the University of Dhaka. My key responsibility is teaching and mentoring my students, and guiding them the right track to build their careers.

Besides my academic and professional recognitions, I have plenty of social awards in a variety of extra-curricular activities. A short glimpse of my awards are Bangladesh television Championship in National level parliamentary style debate competitions, Best speaker at public speaking competitions and winner at essay writing contests. Together with these, I have participated in many voluntary activities (e.g. blood collection and donation) during my days at the University of Dhaka.

To sum up, I would like to say that my brief biography illustrates how passionate I was throughout my academic and professional life to date. I always try to keep myself boosted up for new challenges.”
