Integrity. Collaboration. Acknowledgement. Respect. Excellence. These 5 words depicts the vakue that I would like to incorporate as we traverse the path of sdg’s. Integrity is just a single word but means a lot. In all the things I would do, honestly and integrity as the most crucial for me. Its justifies all the skills that one can show. Without it, someone is worthless. I always maintain and demand integrity. Then, through promoting inclucivity, we promote collaboration of ideas. My ideas could not be as effective until I share it to others. Ive always known that collaboartion really works. And that is a part of my priority list. Next, acknowledgement and accomodating. Before we get to come up with solutions and initiative, we have to acknowledge the root cause. Determine what is unseen. What is invisible to the naked eye. We acvomodate fact that an issue exist. And we’ll start from there. Respect is also one that tops my list of value added attributes. It put balance on people’s differences. When we respect, we accept them. We don’t disregard others regardless of gender, race, upbringing, social status etc. Excellence comes last. Excellence comprises of a lot of good thing. The urgency to strive for excellence means to come up with solution that will provide benefits to all concerned. Without compromising the helpless and needy..
