Luis Carlos Pereira is an Junior researcher at the engineering department of the Catholic University of Asuncion, the former secretary of students affairs, has worked for many education related projects such as volunteering, organizing summits and conferences free for students. Currently he’s working on his undergrad thesis for the bachelor’s degree of Industrial Enguneering.
