Lucky Ninsiima is perennial leader,

Founder and Executive Director of INUA, a Non-profit Community Based Organization whose mission is to elevate the communities through both informal and formal education, advocacy, empowerment, exposure to life changing innovations, civic education, skilling, agriculture and healthcare, and restore hope among the vulnerable children and women, the youth and the elderly, plus communities that are affected by poverty, abuse, violence, diseases and other natural calamities.

Lucky is also a Human Rights Defender who participated in the Universal Periodic Review 2022 under the Youth cluster, Uganda.
Also a Human Rights activist with Center for Constitutional Governance.

She is the Training Coordinator of Commonwealth Youth Peace Ambassadors Network that leads the capacity building initiatives of the Network.
She leads the same network as the Country Coordinator Uganda.
She is a peace advocate and practitioner with Interfaith Dialogue on Extreme Violence Uganda chapter.

She is also a member of Civil Society Working Group on Youth Peace and Security.
