“I am a Namibian community development practitioner, youth advocate, and founder of LDM Community Development Organization. My work focuses on supporting vulnerable populations, particularly women, youth, and underserved communities, through advocacy, capacity building, and psychosocial support initiatives.
Throughout my journey, I have collaborated with national and international networks, including youth movements and civil society organizations, to address issues such as gender-based violence, mental health awareness, civic participation, and social inequality. I have facilitated workshops, led community dialogues, and coordinated outreach programs aimed at strengthening individuals, leadership, and social cohesion. I continue to pursue academic growth in psychology and international relations to enhance my ability to contribute to policy dialogue and global cooperation. My vision is to help build communities that are safe, empowered, and united in diversity.”
