Kudzayi Shirichena is a youth leader and peace advocate who hold a certificate in Dialogue Peace and Conflict Transformation. She is amongst the pioneers of a Dialogue and Peace Project at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). In 2011 she was selected to represent Zimbabwe at a SADC Campus Dialogue Peace Programme hosted by Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia. Kudzayi Shirichena is formally a Bancassurance Manager at ZB Financial Holdings with more than 6 years work experience. She was previously employed by the Herald News Paper and Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation where she served as a Journalist, News presenter and Producer.
