Kongsa Ephraïm Lagardy is a student at the Ecole Normale Supérieure of N’Djamena in the Department of English. He was the National President of the Young Parliamentarians of Chad from 2015 to 2018. Young engaged in the promotion of peace, he is also a member of the GRPPT and craftsman of Peace in close collaboration with Equal access Tchad and V4p.
