I am Kathleen Diane Saavedra Ayarde, I am 23 years, just graduated in Commercial Engineering. Since I was a little girl I am interested in Social Issues so I was involved in Volunteering and Training Programs. Through my profession I have discovered my passion to help and use it to increase the social awereness. For more than three years I have been a volunteer in many organizations taking various roles. The most challenging one was applying and been selected to be Vice President of Business To Customer in AIESEC in Bolivia, this experience has showed me the importance of active youth in global issues and gave me the opportunity to lead a great team, develop leadership skills and make an impact.
Currently I am working on Atix Libre Foundation to make it a bigger education platform related to Tech topics and Digital processes for different areas, also I am working as Public Relations Organizer in Hackers and Founders Organization and volunteer in Mujeres Tics BO. I love Branding and Public Relations topics and I am very proud to use these capacities in my job, volunteering spaces and my community.
To me, it is very important to create developing spaces for young people where they could discover new skills, develop the ones that they have and achieve goals. Working for global peace is a common goal, having human relations and social diversity as a priority. I strongly believe that Peace is achievable making people aware of their reality, society needs and empower them to share their knowledge to contribute changing realities proposing ideas and solve global issues.
