My name is Mr KANE MOUSSA, dynamic and young from the Ivory Coast, where, I work in a health structure as an IT Manager. My ambition is always to motivate young who are looking for jobs, sensitize population on democracy and peace values. In my community, I demonstrate more leadership skills, one of them was during one day. The challenge I faced was managing a major system breakdown: the hospital’s information system (HIS) went offline due to a network failure, disrupting patient registration, and billing services.
As the person responsible, I quickly organized a response team. First, I assessed the problem by dividing tasks, one group worked on restoring connectivity while another manually recorded patient data to ensure services continued. I coordinated communication between medical staff and IT department. I also set up a temporary offline database to capture data that could later be synced once the system was restored.
