Kamala Dickson is the Chair of SADC Youth Parliament Committee, Pan African Youth Leader, Global Youth Ambassador, Peace Ambassador, Sustainable Development Goal Ambassador and Active youth Leader
He is award-winning Young Leader Initiative. , He is Representing Tanzania Youth in East Africa Community.
He holds leadership positions with several youths led regional and international organizations and currently Works with Agenda Participation Initiative (API) a non-governmental organization in Tanzania dedicated and working to promote accountable governance for service delivery and advocating for democratic governance in Tanzania, He has lead in “Youth for Peace” the project that aims at preventing Youth Radicalization and Violent Extremism in Tanzania, its also implemented online as youth engage in discussion on different matters based on their community development

Kamala was former East Africa community Youth ambassador (EAC-YAP), has facilitated and was involved in several youths led processes at the East Africa community and Africa union, he is a campaigner and strong advocate for the African Youth, as he is working hard to see Tanzania had a free National youth council and formation of East Africa community youth council as a platform for young people to champion on economic and political affairs, Gender inclusion
He uses online Platform to train young people to utilize and use technology and innovation as a part of income generation and awareness creation on youth participation in decision making process. He trains youth on using internet & technology for advocacy campaigning
he also serves as Global Youth Ambassador where he championed on better education systems includes everyone children should have right to free education even those leaving in peripheral, Education infrastructure should be friendly for all, He believes on youth as national engine for development and He is Young Leaders Forum (YLF) alumni Leadership program Under FES Tanzania. He participated in Global Peace Leadership Conference 2018 in Uganda Representing Tanzania Youth and as part of media team and other Youth Lead events.
