Mr. Kaka Adam A. Zakari is a native of the urban commune of N’Guigmi in the region from Diffa in Niger, after his primary and secondary studies he left N’Guigmi for Niamey from where he pursued a medium level accounting program and after obtaining a Professional Aptitude Diploma (DAP in accounting) he continued until obtaining a degree in Accounting and Management with Honors. **However, he made a advanced training course within an international non-governmental organization in Diffa which subsequently he was confirmed for a position of Financial Administrator. For this reason, he continued his studies at the same time online. Mr. Kaka Adam A. Zakari now holds a PhD-Philosophy Doctor in Conflict Resolution and Peace Bac+8 UNESCO ISCEL level 8 obtained within the School Superior Robert de Sorbon of France and an honorary doctorate in the field of Diplomacy and International Relations obtained within Smart International College with approval from the British accreditation authority EBJAS with Honorable Mention. He currently pursuing another professional doctorate in Crisis Management and Humanitarian Actions within ESEJE (Higher School of Legal Studies and Economics of Mohammedia) Morocco in partnership with FIEP France under the theme of thesis: Comparative analysis of humanitarian crises and the internally displaced persons movement in the Sahel. In addition, Mr. Kaka Adam A. Zakari holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Relations International and another Master in Diplomacy and Conflict Management and an eMBA in Project and Event Management and two mastery of the English language and several international certifications. Regarding communication, Mr. Kaka Adam A. Zakari speaks fluently in English as well as in French and does very well in Arabic and speaks correctly several local languages ​​including Kanuri(Kanembu), Toubou(Gouran), Hausa, and the Zarma/Songhai. Mr. Kaka Adam A. Zakari is currently National Coordinator within the NGO Action against Violence and Movement for Peace in Niger. In addition, it was used for national and international structures in several countries namely Nigeria as Senior Project Manager for a peace project and fight against violent extremism. In Mali as an International Consultant for a Peace and Development project community; in Ghana within Institutes and Universities as a Teacher trainer in Project Management as well as Accounting and Management; and in Niger within peacebuilding projects and projects aiming to fight for improvement condition of human lives and fight against gender-based violence. Mr Kaka Adam Aminou Zakari, PhD is a writer and author of three works including: – Violent extremism & GBV in the Diffa region; – Collection of poems on Peace and Tolerance; – The objective of the kidnappers in the urban commune of N’Guigmi.
