Toka Senkoto is a seasoned Safeguarding and PSEAH Manager – Human Resources, with extensive expertise spanning both the corporate and humanitarian/development sectors. He currently serves as a Safeguarding and PSEAH Manager and is an accredited SEAH Investigator, bringing a wealth of skills, experience, and qualifications in Safeguarding and PSEAH (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment), Human Resources Management, Labour and Industrial Relations as well as Organizational Administration
He is currently just about to aquire his MSc in Child Protection and Adult Safeguarding with Buckinghamshire New University, United Kingdom and commencing his MBA in Human Resources Management with the Africa Research University, Zambia. He holds Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law, Conciliation & Arbitration (PGDLL) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management (B.Com HRM) both attained from the National University of Lesotho (NUL).
While he is currently working as the Safeguarding and PSEAH Manager, Mr. Senkoto’s professional experience spams across many sector and he has held key roles across diverse organizations; those include Lesotho Planned Parenthood Association (LPPA) – HR & Administration Officer, Safeguarding Focal Point (IPPF), Maseru Private Hospital – HR & Administration Officer, Paballong Centre – Head of HR & Administration, Deputy Centre Manager, Lesotho National Olympic Committee (LNOC) – HR Officer (Generalist) and Head of Corporate Services (ai) amongst others.
As Safeguarding and PSEAH Manager, Mr. Senkoto collaborates with executive leadership, regional offices, HR, and other departments to Promote safeguarding and PSEAH across organizational operations, Build staff and community capacity on safeguarding standards, Ensure policy awareness and accessible reporting mechanisms, Lead investigations and disciplinary processes and Align safeguarding policies with national labour laws. He also serves as an Individual Consultant under Workforce Solutions Ls, delivering consultancy services in HR, Labour Relations, Governance, and Safeguarding.
