Josué Leonardo Rosales Matute has a degree in Social Work from the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH). He is an active member of the Christian Family Restoration Ministry. He has previous experience in management of development projects obtaining successful results in the objectives and fulfillment of indicators of the projects that he has coordinated and the personnel that he has had in his charge. Josue has experience in international cooperation, dealing with donors, establishment of institutional alliances and in the preparation, review, and advice of budgets. He has received training in the topics of Comprehensive Risk Management and Climate Change, Water, Basic Sanitation, Hygiene Promotion, Community Development (with a gender focus), Community Resilience, and Administration (Purchase, liquidations, inventory management, and personnel management). In addition, Josue constantly demonstrates leadership and experience in the areas of Monitoring, Evaluation and Reports, and strategic planning. Among his personal skills are the command of the English language, teamwork, personnel management, commitment, honesty, leadership and initiative.
