My name is Josué Leonardo Rosales Matute, I have a degree in Social Work from the National
Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH). I am an active member of the Christian Family
Restoration Ministry. I have previous experience in management of development projects
obtaining successful results in the objectives and fulfillment of indicators of the projects that I
have coordinated and the personnel that I have had in my charge. I have experience in
international cooperation, dealing with donors, establishment of institutional alliances and in the
preparation, review, and advice of budgets.
I have received training in the topics of Comprehensive Risk Management and Climate Change,
Water, Basic Sanitation, Hygiene Promotion, Community Development (with a gender focus),
Community Resilience, Administration (Purchase, liquidations, inventory management, personnel
management), leadership, experience in the areas of Monitoring, Evaluation and Reports, and
strategic planning. Among my personal skills are the command of the English language, teamwork,
personnel management, commitment, honesty, leadership and initiative.
