I am Jhoram Morales from Butuan City, 19 years of age, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology student of ACLC College of Butuan and currently a student assistant in Computer Education Department in ACLC. I am also a secretary of Youth for Change and Development organization in our municipality of Nasipit and a rotaract campus based member.
