Ivan Ivanov is a social activist from Kyrgyzstan. He holds a diploma of Social Work major in Youth Work and he is a certified football coach.
He works as a PE teacher in a rural school and cooperates with UNODC, which helps him implement innovative components in his teaching. In 2018 Ivan took part in “Line Up Live Up” UNODC Project that involved innovative sports-based training course for youth aiming at developing core life skills that enable young people to deal with the demands, stress and interpersonal conflicts of everyday life, thus positively influencing behaviour, and preventing anti-social and risky conduct.
He is a founder and coach of a junior football team “Patriot named after A.Velko”.
Ivan is a Computer Studies teacher for disabled children in a social fund called “Righrt for a Better Life”
He is also an eco-volunteer in Green Arctic Organisation and in summer 2018 he took part in an ecological expedition where he helped cleaning the Arctic of waste metal and other rubbish.
His mission as a social activist is promoting friendship between all nations in Kyrgyzstan and around the world.
