Ines Mati has a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Master Degree in Organizational Psychology. She has been working as an Employment Counselor for 2 years and also as a coach for Employment and Entrepreneurship. Ms. Mati has also a 5 year experience, as a youth social supporter, working with a variety of organizations and different projects; working with children in clinical psychology departments, working as an art therapy facilitatior for victims of trafficking and also working in the industrial-organization field, focusing in the human resources department and communication. While she is committed to learning, she is equally committed to take actions towards a more sustainable world. Ines strongly believes that we can try and drive change by setting positive examples, by getting up and doing something, by actively looking for solutions. We all contribute our part to society, to ourselves. We all have responsibility. We have to stop complaining and start doing, otherwise we’ll all die complaining behind our phones about things that we could have tackled in the real world meanwhile.
