Ian Jasper Francisco earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology at PMFTCI-Pinamalayan, a former student leader as Student Council Vice President for External Affairs and Vice Chairperson of an standing student committee, Ian is dedicated to his former job as a youth leader.
