My name is Hakeem Ayodeji Nafiu. I am an educator, researcher, and youth advocate committed to advancing quality education and ethical leadership as pathways to sustainable development and peace. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Administration at Carolina University in the United States, where my research focuses on leadership ethics and social responsibility in education aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 4.

I am the founder of OLAAN Global Academy, an initiative that supports young people in accessing global education opportunities, mentorship, and career guidance. I also teach Conflict Resolution (LEA 605), where I guide graduate students on dialogue, ethical leadership, and conflict management. I have participated as a delegate in discussions connected to the United Nations on reimagining conflict prevention and resolution, and I continue to advocate for education as a tool for building peaceful and inclusive societies.
