Habiba Hussein has been working as a Women’s Rights Advocate for more than 6 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics Management (BPLM), as well as an MBA. Habiba is an agent of social change and advocates for women and girls. She pursues her passion of advocating for women’s rights, campaigning against harmful practices such as gender inequality, gender based violence, girls dropping out of school, forced marriage, and female genital mutilation (FGM). Working to empower women in education and entrepreneurship, Habiba volunteers as a tutor for women and youth at public universities and secondary schools. Habiba works to empower women and girls so that they can create peace, prosperity and a more sustainable world.
