I am Gulchekhra Shoboeva . I was born on January 28th , 2003 in Bukhara region in Uzbekistan. I have graduated from the 31st school last year.
I was very capricious when I was a baby, so looking after me was a big concern for adults. I’ve been very active and curious about everything since I was a child. From the age of 3-4, I followed my brothers to school. Based on my childhood traits, I can say that I am an active, tireless person who considers knowledge as her closest companion. As I turned 5-6 years old, problems and attitudes in my society began to surround me.I was born in the Uzbek society wherre about 12 years ago, women had role neither in politics nor in the family.It was a very sad situation.
These attitudes, the lack of value of women , and the lack of self-esteem of women in response in Uzbek Society have attracted young girls like me. I was very upset that young girls were forgotten about their childhood from the age of 5-6, that they were prepared for marriage and taught household chores by their relatives.Problems in my society have made me strong!
I decided to take and advantage of this bad situation and focus on learning! My family could not afford to pay for my kindergarten, so I had to educated at home by my grandmum.She helped me with that!
From those days, I come to the conclusion that I am a person who works hard to achieve her goal despite the difficulties,. Yes, I am a diligent /ˈdɪləʤənt/, knowledge-seeking person in life!
In 2009, I was admitted to the 1st grade and I started studying at school No. 1 in my district!At the beginning of school, I had a hard time joining the children and mastering school subjects, but after a few years, I became the most active student in my class and school by studying hard and gaining a strong knowledge.
Ever since I was in school, racial discrimination, stratification, and injustice have made me think a lot !
From this point of view, I can say that I am not a person who is accustomed to injustice around, I will fight against them!
