where I serve. I am known as an agent of change whose focus is maintaining peace, cohesion and integration through youth training empowerment and overall job creation. Excellence, effectively utilizing years of experience in Peace Initiatives. Currently I am overseeing the management and operation of the Lake Region Continental Development and Peace Foundation as Program Director. I am also undertaking Pastoral Training Program in Bugema University with a view infuse moral and ethical dimension with the developmental and peace initiatives as part of my Adaptive Leadership and positive change process. I excel in creative problem solving and consistently thinking outside the box to solve and streamline operations, systems and community problems with the goal of increasing productivity while adhering to set policies and procedures. Innate ability to communicate and explain complex processes to both internal and external community members on how to live a better and more focused life has been the foundation in developing strong partnerships and establish long term success.
