My name is Gerard BIKORIMANA and I am 23 years old Peace-builder from Rwanda. I am student at UR (GIKONDO Campus) level 4 accounting and volunteered for 3 years at non-profit organization dedicated to peaceful community development, conflict resolutions and education for young peoples and am Never Again Rwanda member. During my career I have worked on various initiatives headed to lasting peace and fraternity From various volunteering services, participation on crucial events and trainings, I have developed the proficiency on cooperating with others, building a positive team spirit, help everyone to remain pleasant, friendly and prioritize the success of a team above one’s interests, I speak clearly with ability to collaborate and share responsibilities, I’m sociable with large groups, that help me to work harmonically with peoples of different understanding, ideas and culture. Within the services, I have developed the partnerships framework, productivity through transparency and accountability in my career responsibility.
