Hello I am Gadis Fitri Syabilla and I am a second-year student majoring Management Officer in LPBAI College Bogor, Indonesia. Currently i dedicate my self as a student leader in my batch.

An intelligent, perfectionists, ambitious, dynamic and focused on management skills are highly motivated me to improve and develop my passions by trying new experience well.

I am really interested in learning, critical thinking, writing, networking, problem solving, public speaking and leading as well. Leadership ability is one of the things that i passionate about. Planning, Organising, Actuating and Controlling are the most important things which every leader needs to have.

In the past year, i have bravely started to involve my self in the organizations of Model United Nations and also Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) forum as an ambassador, content writer and participant as well.
Joining an organization and forum that suits to my abilities and interests are one of the best things I’ve ever gotten.

On the other hand i believe that potential is not an endpoint, but a capacity to grow and learn. My motto is : Never stop learning by doing, because you will always earning something new. Like a quote by Robbin Sharma — ” Small daily improvements over time lead to stunning results “.
