I am a young passionate, energetic and futuristic man; who has been involved in youth and community
development from 2008. Through the experience I had a chance to work with 5 international, 4 national and a
number of local organisations both in townships and some in rural areas. In 2009 I was working for love life as
groundbreaker (team leader) and facilitator, my duties included implementing organisational programs in local
schools and organisations.
In late 2012 till July 2013 I worked for a private company called Winning Teams in education as a trainer and
my responsibilities included implementing and monitoring company programs in public schools. The company
was working with national department of education and programs were implemented in public schools across
the country.
In March 2012 I worked for “CAMP IAM” as a freelancer facilitator and life skill coach, in the same year I joined
Activate change drivers! A National Youth Leadership Program and I am currently studying NQF level 5
community development course with Activate. I am also a member the ACTIVATE! Social entrepreneurship
start-up support programme Switch. The programme coaches aspiring social entrepreneurs to develop their
start-up ideas into innovative, relevant and sustainable initiatives.
In Oct 2013 I worked as a volunteer in one young world international summit and I responsible for welcoming
delegates from the airport, delegates registration and team crew. In 2014 I participated in Wilderness Personal
Development and Leadership course in Groot Winterhoek Wilderness Area, Western Cape-South Africa,
conducted by Educo Africa.
In June-Aug 2015 I was participating in International citizen service (ICS) Latitude global volunteering, working
with different community NGOs and schools in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape-South Africa, where I managed to
obtain my international certificate (ICS qualification in professional skills development) offered by open college
network in London.
