• I am Decisive. I tend to solve new problems very quickly and assertively. I take an active and direct approach to obtaining results. When I lead, I tend to do so first by doing, then by delegating.
• I am Interactive. I tend to meet new people in an outgoing, gregarious, and socially assertive manner, in a work situation I always tend to be always ready to converse with a group, even with people I’ve just met. I always bring a definite optimistic attitude to projects and tasks.
• I am Stabilized. I bring a high degree of self-control to work and I steadily move towards the completion of a task. When I need to, I can be flexible to change or new ideas. I always have a calming influence on those with whom I work with.
• I am Cautious. I always adhere to rules, standards, procedures, and protocol set by those in authority whom I respect. I have some of the highest quality control interests of any of the styles and frequently wish others would do the same.
