Firmao Ila, I am 25 years old, I am from the city of Cabinda – Angola. I come from a simple and humble family.

Since I was very young I had a passion for socio-economic change in my city. At the age of 19, I went to live with my older sister in Benguela. During this period, I worked as a French teacher and partner of the Espantos English school, providing language training and motivating self-discipline and personal financial education, among other activities. These experiences contributed to my maturity and to apprehend the value of work.
At the age of 22, I participated in a training program trained by YALI, graduating in Business and Entrepreneurship Development which lasted just over 3 months, included helping people to solve their problems of civic leadership and training of young Africans, through dialogue and teaching correct principles and values, among other administrative tasks. During this period, I also developed a leadership position in a team of 14 people, where I gave training in order to accurately comply with the orders, goals and objectives outlined by me.
I am a Young Ambassador of the Benguela current convetion (BCC) Intergovernmental organization and also the representative of the Benguela Youth network blog, and a technician in social entrepreneurship and creation of micro business.
I am graduating in political science and international relations that I will conclude next year; I started working in the area of the course I am taking, and it is these activities that I am currently developing. I am a person who fights for what I want. I dedicate myself to the maximum when carrying out my educational and professional activities. I try to finish everything I start, and when I have difficulties, I seek knowledge and the solution to problems.
I have a project already underway to legalize the creation of an NGO, with the purpose of providing Environmental consultancy services, Marine Biodiversity Studies, scrap collection on the Angolan coast and providing training and awareness on the preservation of the sea and its Social sustainability, economic and environmental.
