Amb. Fidelis Onakpoma(The Catalyst) is the Executive Director of Initiative for Revolution Strategy & Development and an unrepentant advocate on gender-based violence and social justice.

Initiative for Revolution Strategy and Development is a nongovernment, nonpartisan, and nonprofit organization established under Nigerian laws to promote Community Development Programmes, Women Empowerment, Peace Building, Social Justice, Education, and Leadership.

He’s a dynamic preacher of the Word of God with the Mandate to raise men and restore destinies through the word empowered by the Holy Spirit.

His initiatives predominantly address the practices and systems that produce women oppression, underdevelopment, bad leadership, and poor education and help foster civic engagements in eradicating poverty, and injustice in society.
