Dearest Global Peace Chain Team: It is my biggest honor to address you by this means. My name is Fernando Palma Hn and I have been able to become a figure of interest between the two countries I currently represent. In fact, I am blessed to say that I am the cultural ambassador between Honduras and Taiwan. I have been awarded with the JCI’s TOYP Ten Outstanding Persons of the World 2019 for being an example of personal growth and motivating the youth to keep working for their dreams.
