I am Fernando Alfredo Guifarro Posas. I am 23 years old, I work as a Nutritionist-Dietitian in Social Service for the Mario Catarino Rivas Hospital. I am passionate about knowledge, wisdom and constant learning. By the grace and will of God, I have managed to improve my academic knowledge with national and international certifications in different areas such as clinical-hospital and public health, which have helped me to deepen my knowledge and have a broad overview of my work fields. I am a young devout and enthusiastic about my faith and religious beliefs, I seek to collaborate, provide support and contribute to the social development of the communities. I am currently receiving a scholarship from the Honduras 20/20 Presidential Scholarship Program, where I work as a departmental guide in Cortés, aiming to collaborate and show solidarity with noble causes to create a positive impact for my country. Likewise, I have an institutional scholarship at the Universidad Cristiana Evangélica Nuevo Milenio (UCENM) which was awarded to me for my academic performance. Thanks to my God, I have obtained these two scholarships that have allowed me to volunteer 40 hours a month in different areas, such as: food donations to different low-income institutions, providing school kits to children in rural areas, visiting nursing homes, collaborating in medical brigades, sharing in homes; and always with the aim of being an emissary of hope and peace. On different occasions I have been blessed to collaborate for institutions such as Children International and Special Olympics of Honduras, contributing to the development and improvement of the lives of people with special abilities. I have been a trainer for the Care Nutrition Program, and I am currently a trainer for Centro Cultural Sampedrano.
