Currently I am a project manager/Acting Director of, Mobile Salary Payments in Ministry of commination and information technology/Asan Khedmat.
I have a professional project management certificate From Rokyan Management consultancy FZE-Istanbul, Digital economy/Digital Transformation from AK-EGOV/Azerbaijan, ECO-System from Instant Pay India and having MM Research partnership with University of California San Diego, Harvard & University of Washington. beside my professional experience since 2007 with different national and international organizations, I am involved in civil societies since 2006, we are working on how best to develop programs and projects to address fundamental humanitarian and development challenges such as fundamental rights, access to basic services, and gender equality and we did lots of projects in mentioned domains as currently I am president of AFGHAN UNITY CIVIL COUNCIL+ secretariat chief of Zazi youth civil council.
