‘- I am a member of COY18UAE. I have previously participated in many climate-related issues in Taiz, Yemen, and I have been able to convey my message to the world about protecting our planet from climate change and its risks. I was selected to participate in this conference.
– Since I live near conflict and displacement areas, I have worked on raising awareness about the dangers of mines, especially before the return of the displaced to their original areas when these areas became safe from armed conflict.
– I have worked on creating dialogues and meetings with military leaders and social figures to remove military barracks from schools in order to continue the education process in Taiz.
– I was one of the coordinators for resuming the education process in many schools, including Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq School in Al-Kadha.
– I also worked in the executive unit for managing displaced camps and with some international and local organizations in various sectors such as protection, management, education, water and sanitation, and other projects such as providing protection and life-saving services to displaced people and those affected by the conflict.

– Providing the protection team for international organizations with information on displacement, return, and social issues.
– Extracting official documents for displaced people (birth certificates, IDs, contracts) for families who lost their documents due to war.
– Referring people with special needs to relevant organizations and authorities to provide necessary services for them.
– Providing social workers with social issues and following up on cases.
– Assisting organizations in creating women-friendly spaces and school environments.
– Contributing to the success of many summer centers during the vacation.
– Facilitating access to psychological support services for children and monitoring their behaviors with a child protection organization.
– Participating in awareness campaigns to maintain cleanliness in schools and the environment.
– Participating in educating parents and families about gender-based violence.
– Assisting many medical cases in displaced camps and referring them to relevant authorities.
