I have a strong passion for youth empowerment, human rights advocacy, leadership and corporate governance. I believe that youth have the potential to become great leaders of tomorrow, but it’ is our responsibility to provide equal opportunity and necessary resources for them. It is important that the youth think globally and act locally in finding solutions to the challenges in our global world. Tomorrow’s leaders should develop knowledge, critical and analytical thinking including practical skills that promote mutual understanding and peaceful coexistence. In order to prevent conflicts and violence, youth should enhance communication, negotiation and mediation skills at local and global levels.
