The main goal of Eliza is improving the quality of education in Kyrgyzstan. Since student
ages, she has been involved in international organizations AIESEC, Green Alliance and National
Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan for building the capacity of young generation. She managed
“Share Your Smile” project, which aimed in increasing the potential of children from low-
income families. Moreover, she was a part of EU project “Strengthening the education
attainment assessment to affect decisions about instructional needs, curriculum and funding”.
Personal development is among her priorities. She has graduated from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic
University among the top students and obtained diploma with honors in Civil Engineering. Eliza
believes in the development in environmentally friendly world. Witnessing how anthpogenic
activities negatively affects to the nature motivates her to continue education in the field of
Environmental Engineering. Nowadays, the talented girl studies in Hungary in the framework of
fully funded Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship programme.
