Eddie Dolim Pelembergo, Jr. commonly known as Natoy to his friends and colleagues is a 21 years old youth leader from the Municipality of Gamay Northern Samar (4th Class Municipality in Philippines), he is the founder, Chairperson of The Young Protectors of the Children and Youth (TYPCY), a community-based youth organization which the advocacy is to promote child and youth right through different projects, programs and activities in the grassroot level. He is currently studying as 1st Year College Student at Eastern Samar State University (Borongan Campus) under the Bachelor of Science Major in Social Work Program. Pelembergo also worked with different youth organization in the Philippines such as Online SDG Youth Action Forum (OSYAF), Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (Eng: Youth Against Illegal Drugs and Terrorism) (KKDAT), he is currently a member and chairperson of the Committe on Governance of the Local Youth Development Council of the Municipal Government of Gamay, Northern Samar, and the current president of Leaders’Interconnective Coalition – Samar Chapter. Pelembergo’s efforts on promoting and protecting the rights of the Children was regonized by the local government unit of Gamay, on 2021 he was awarded as as Best Partner on Child Protection and Child Rights Advocate.
