EBONG SONE NGUPE has over 4 years of experience in Process Amelioration. Currently, EBONG SONE NGUPE is Class teacher at ‘‘Lay Avenir Du Peuple’’ Primary school, where he focuses on assisting Pupils in the learning process and acquiring skills to prepare them for entry into secondary schools. He also was a key contributor in the MARS project aimed at synchronizing end to end supply chain operations for greater efficiency at the PHP plantations Njombe- Cameroon. Also, as an academic intern at SITRACEL SA (Manufacturing and distribution of paper products) optimized the logistics processes by ensuring that production, warehousing, and transportation operations are aligned with the dynamic market demand. EBONG SONE NGUPE holds a Masters in Quality Management and Control from the National Higher School of Agro Industrial Sciences (ENSAI) University of Ngaoundere Cameroon, Bachelor’s degree in Animal Biology from the University Dschang. EBONG SONE NGUPE is motivated to work on reducing post-harvest loss in my enclaved community and thereby significantly alleviating poverty in a vast proportion of the predominantly farming population. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, EBONG SONE NGUPE plans to bring peace to the people by creating a multipurpose transformation unit of the local agricultural products. I am Young Africam Leadership member and an Alumnus.
