Bolarinwa Michael Omotosho is a Humanitarian, and social worker. He is a lecturer at West Africa Theological Seminary ( WASS) Lagos, Nigeria (an affiliate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka). He is the author of over 30 resources and books on youth culture. He is a member of the International Association of Study of Youth Ministry in Africa (South Africa) and a member of the Youth Work WA, Australia. Omotosho is the current the President of Anchor International Youth and Teen Work Academy, Lagos, and the National Coordinator of Anchor International Care and Humanitarian Initiative (a non-governmental organization) to raise Next-Generational Leaders and advocate education for girl-child. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Theology from West Africa Theological Seminary,(WATS), and a postgraduate diploma in Social Work, from Lagos State University, Ojo (LASU). Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, and Master of Arts in Christian Leadership, (WATS). Doctor of Philosophy in Church Growth & Ministry. Fellow, Institute of Certified Sales Professionals. Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria, and licensed Associate Member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON).

Omotosho has authored over 30 resources, materials and books on youth culture used in schools in Nigeria to create a campaign strategy that meets the academic requirement. He founded Anchor International Teen and Youth Work Academy, where over 478 youth workers have been trained with 100% tuition scholarship between 2021 and 2023 February. Currently, he has over seventy (70) out-of-school girls from the street that he is mentoring. His paper won the best sectional presentation at the International Association of Study of Youth Ministry in Africa at Justo Mwale University, Zambia 2018. In 2022, he received the Africa Golden Award of Excellence in Service for Africa Next-Generation in recognition of landmark achievements in leadership and mentorship of young people in Africa by the African Next-Generation. Also, I have five different honorary doctoral nominations from local and international organizations. Currently, organizes ongoing leadership training in Nigeria that has attracted a minimum of 500 participants at a seat and altogether he has over 10,000 in his leadership training network.
