the nature of my experience includes successfully managing a demanding caseload, which includes Serving as a Volunteer in HelpAge International in Ethiopia, helping older people claim their rights, challenge discrimination, and overcome poverty. Action Aid in Somalia I worked mainly with women who are left to fend for themselves when men migrate to cities or coastal regions in search of water for cattle and currently ONE organization youth ambassador to overcome poverty and free education around the world. I have a person-centered approach to my work, which involves calmly and practically responding to service users to achieve the best outcomes.
