I am working as a project manager & head of logistic of SLV Global which is affiliated to the Sri Lanka National Youth Services Council, a pioneer within the public sector organization in youth development in Sri Lanka. The organization has taken innovative approaches to build capacities and opportunities for youth in all aspects to become well-functioning independent citizens. In-country and overseas training programs, seminars, symposiums, festivals and workshops are the key tools adopted in the organization system for the skill development in youth. We have the largest volunteer group (1 million members) in the South Asian region called Sri Lanka Federation of Youth Clubs this is under the National Youth Services Council affiliated with the Ministry of National Policies & Economics Affairs. We have youth club systems, these all work as volunteers and engage with various types of projects.
SLV global provide psychology students and graduates from around the world the opportunity to gain valuable, practical psychology work experience in the mental health sector whilst being immersed in a unique and exciting culture. Our mental health placements and opportunities have been carefully and ethically developed in partnership with local organizations in each country to ensure our programs have a lasting, positive impact on mental health within local communities.
Engagement of activities in a creative manner gives priority to the views of the youth in all activities of the organization. These systems act in a manner constantly promoting multi cultural understanding and goodwill among all over the world youth as an organization which consists of youth from different cultures, this is one of the main values and we all work for sustainable development through these projects.
These two organizations help to develop my life in successful way & I have achieved various types of leadership skills through the volunteering & working and also had an opportunity to participate international level programs.

In addition 2016 I was chosen from four thousands of applicants to get on board the Ship for world youth Japanese Youth Program SWY. SWY is an annual youth exchange program organized by the Cabinet Office of Japan (CaO) the purpose of promoting friendship and mutual cultural understanding among the young people of the all around the world , to broaden their perspective on the world, and furthermore, to strengthen their spirit of international cooperation and practical skills for international collaboration.
