Derek Wultof has been a community youth volunteer with The Society for the Promotion of Initiatives in Sustainable Development and Welfare (SOPISDEW) Cameroon (NGO) for 4 years as a Program Assistant. He helps to educate and encourage his local youths to participate in development of their communities. Derek has his long term goals to assist in building the capacity of local young people through innovative and effective youth development campaigns and create a youth network of young people interested in social innovation and strengthen young people’s ability to act for a better society by learning about social innovation there by feeling involve in the development of their communities.
