Cliford completed his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management at the University of Rizal System and his Master’s Degree in Government Management at the University of the City of Manila. Works at the Department of Social Welfare and Development as Project Development Officer for two and a half years after this he transferred to the Department of Interior and Local Government as a Development Management Officer for almost two years now. While serving at the Government he realizes the importance camaraderie and empathy. As he works on projects involving people empowerment in the poorest communities of the Metro Manila, It opens his eyes on the problems arising from poverty and lack of education. Upon analyzing this current situation it became his personal advocacy to help educate his fellow Pilipino, he started to be involved in volunteer activities such as Local Outreach program concerning the youth, elderly, and disadvantaged sector all over Manila.
