CIKURU BYENDA, is an employee of the Congolese government. He holds the position of Director of Human resources since one year and half.
His personal engagement begins in 2009 when he joined the DRC Youth Parliament. Founder of the think tank “KAVUMU YOUTH LEADERSHIP” and the blog “KAVUMUTIMES.CD” to expose young people to success stories in their local communities and provide trainings on essential skills to access an effective leadership. Cikuru is a very ambitious 30-years-old who fights to break the yoke of the lack of information and under information within the youth of his country and especially those living in rural areas.
