Chisala is an author, researcher, speaker at local and international conferences, mentor, youth advocate, human rights activist, and social entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of ELIB Mentorship Hub, an organisation that focuses on nurturing young people in different areas of need, such as personal development, business development, relationship building, career path, skills building, leadership, and other areas. Chisala currently serves as an ambassador at the Southern Africa Startup Awards, a Zambia Research and Development Centre fellow, a Hult Prize Campus Director, the President of the Nasser Fellowship for African Leadership at ICU Zambia, and a mentor at the African Mentorship Institute. Chisala believes that every life matters, and therefore, we must strive to positively impact people’s daily lives by lighting up their paths.
