Catharina is a student of International Relations. She has been doing volunteer activities related to Youth and Children Education and Development for 5 years. During this time, she served as a school support teacher for children, and today she is a facilitator of the Emotional Intelligence course for early-career youth.

Engaged in youth empowerment projects, she became National Ambassador of the International Career Festival 2020, bringing opportunity for young people who want to build an international career. In 2019, she was one of those selected for the Global Changemakers mentoring program.

She is a Phomenta Fellow, a Social Accelerator, who brings modern management and innovation to Brazilian NGOs. In addition, she has a project related to encouraging and training young people who want to work in the third sector and encouraging intrapreneurship.
