I’m Brishna Ghafoory From Afghanistan live in Islamabad Pakistan ,i was born in the year of 1996.
I completed my School from lame Shaheed girls high school , Kabul.after the completion of my school .I did my Faculty from kabul university in Sharia Law. during University Studies i completed the legal Aid organization of Afghanistan’s advocacy Skills training Program, Women’s training and empowerment program course (women peace and security RLsearch institute), family law clinical program offered by Global Rights.
After graduation I was appointed as the judge’s editor at department of security and studying division , Supreme Court of Afghanistan.
In 2019, after passing the administrative reforms exam, I was appointed as a Gender awareness expert of the department of Gender Administration (Supreme Court of Afghanistan).
During my Job also completed some training like
* Training of trainers on child rights ,
* Training of trainers on gender based violence Adalat project ,
* Ethics and professional conduct , (Jssp),
* Management and monitoring training(jssp),
* Budget execution (jssp),
* Introduction to communication(jssp),
* Employee performance appraisal (USAID),
* Gender and EVAW Law (UNDP)
As a Gender awareness expert i was focal point with the ministries and member of the following committees.
* Committee of Women’s Support Centers.(Ministry of Women’s Affairs)
* Committee for Prohibition of Harassment of Women and Children( Supreme Court of Afghanistan).
* Staff recruitment committee ( Directorate of Human Resources Recruitment of supreme court ).
In panel i hired 62 female employees from the 3rd to the 6th grade.
In Gender Directorate, I fought for the rights of administrative and judicial employees,
and organizing programs to prevent violence against women and gender basics in cooperation with the Human Resources Department.
By participating in your Leadership Management , i want to become a model of peace and progress for the young women and girls of Afghanistan
Women who are destroyed for years in the darkness of people’s ignorance. Women who are not aware of their rights and freedom. I want to be a successful model and I am very interested in this.
Although the Taliban have closed the doors of teaching and progress to women, they can not prevented me from doing so. i will study as much as i can.i improve to defeat them with my pen and knowledge.
