Bismark Mutizwa is a highly skilled reseacher. He holds a Bsc in Politics and Public Management from Midlands State University and MSc in Public Administration from the University of Zimbabwe. He has two publications and four under review. His research interests include Youth Empowerment, Public Policy, Public Administration and Human Rights. Bismark believes research is the missing link for the attainment of tranquility in the global arena. Meticulous and comprehensive studies that interrogates the current global quagmire are the drivers of peace and development.
