Before I start my biography, I would love to leave this quote as a reminder because it gives me a form of motivation whenever I write or strive towards my goals and accomplishments. I live by this quote because it basically tells me as an individual that I can achieve and go for whatever upcoming opportunities I desire to accomplish by myself and for the betterment of my future.

I am 25-year-old Bianca St.Ange, from the Majestic island of St. Lucia. I am a very hardworking, kind, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and motivating individual. Being raised in a single-parent household has taught me to be compassionate and helpful toward others. At a very young age, I admired leaders who create youth development and capacity-building organizations. These organizations are offered to the youth to create safe learning spaces, helping to boost their confidence while learning how to voice their opinions/ideas, and helping to make a difference since we are the future.
I believe that if I become a Global Peace Ambassador, it will strengthen my interpersonal skills in interacting with people in society, and I would be better suited to help make a change in my community and country and also in my personal and professional life. I believe that being a part of this organization will help contribute towards my career goal which is to become a social worker/counselor or Youth worker and will have a great impact on my life because my confidence will get a positive boost which will propel my intellectual capacity toward my studies and would utilize the skills being taught to me. It will be my esteemed pleasure to impact my gained knowledge to the youth or peers since I am affiliated with many youth groups and allow humans to see the greater good of Humanity.
Being a part of many social groups has given me the drive and zeal to engage in youth development and capacity-building programs and has equipped me to engage with people, learning more common goals and purposes of individuals on how change can be attained and safe spaces respected in an environment where persons could express themselves freely in an esteemed and dignified manner. I am currently a member of the Castries Central Youth and Sports Council in Saint Lucia my island home for six years and I serve in a position with the organization as a Treasurer for three consecutive years, Vice President of Climate & Health Action for the rising Generation (Youth Climate Change Group) and a member of the Youth Advocacy Movement group (YAM) I also recently participated in the Parls America Young Women in Leadership and all Women’s Parliamentary Sitting program in June 2022. My passion is but is not limited to interacting and socializing with people that embrace personal development with societal changes. I am a strong believer in unity, equality, and respect, and for this reason, I strongly advocate for human rights.
I am currently employed at the Ministry of Economic Development (Department of Statistics) for six years. Working at the department I have been exposed to the different skill sets that I have utilized in my work and professional life and I always have a passion for social work and Human Resource Management at a very young age and dreamt of becoming either a Human Resource Manager, Youth worker, Social Worker, and Counsellor. For the past few years, I have engaged in and completed certificate programs which include Supervisory and Professional skills, Leadership skills, and Project Management just to name a few. Also, if chosen, I am certain this program will give me the intellectual boost needed to better my work life in capacities such as leadership skills, and knowing my rights as a young woman. I am in believe that there is a significant difference between learning strategies and tactics and actually applying them to a new skill.
