My name is Besmir Tocila. I am from Tirana, Albania. I am graduated in History at the Faculty of History and Philosophy in Tirana. After that I continued my studies at the Law Faculty. For a period of almost three years I worked in the Ministry of Transport. The nature of work has given me the opportunity to organize meetings, to have relationships with institutions and individuals of different positions and levels. So the knowledge gained during my university education increases and the skills acquired at work make me a competent person.
